Whatever this day finds you doing or celebrating, may it be a day filled with both beautiful blessings and memories made with your family and friends.Myself...just made the Christmas Cranberries, and am about to start on the preparation of my Christmas ham as I am expecting guests to arrive somewhere in the hour of 4PM to start my festivities. Doing some Au Gratin potatoes and fresh asparagus as well, so it should be a tasty fun filled meal again today. Yesterday's entree pictured above, my leg of lamb...it was so good, served with twice baked potatoes...Kahlua coffee and Christmas Cookies for desert, and a special Shout Out to Tommy who stopped over for some holiday cheer...that egg nog with Crown Royal was so YUMMY.
