Myself...just made the Christmas Cranberries, and am about to start on the preparation of my Christmas ham as I am expecting guests to arrive somewhere in the hour of 4PM to start my festivities. Doing some Au Gratin potatoes and fresh asparagus as well, so it should be a tasty fun filled meal again today. Yesterday's entree pictured above, my leg of lamb...it was so good, served with twice baked potatoes...Kahlua coffee and Christmas Cookies for desert, and a special Shout Out to Tommy who stopped over for some holiday cheer...that egg nog with Crown Royal was so YUMMY.
